< I have borrowed the idea for some of this page from Albert Bale of the Walthamstow & District Photographic Society (WDPS). He has always been encouraging members to see what's already there and once gave a slide show for the WDPS that included many photos depicting details that many a Walthamstonian has seen many times but probably never fully registered. If you know Walthamstow, do you know where this shield is?
< Die Idee für manches auf dieser Seite habe ich von Albert Bale geborgt, Mitglied der Walthamstow & District Photographic Society (WDPS). Er ermutigt Mitglieder immer das zu sehen, was ohnehin schon da ist, und hatte eine Dia-Show für die WDPS gegeben, in der er viele Fotos mit Details zeigte, die jeder Einwohner von Walthamstow sicher viele Male gesehen, aber oft nie richtig registriert hat.
