195 (Grimsby) Squadron, Air Training Corps is run by 13 members of adult staff. Some are officers and some are civilian instructors.

All the adult staff are volunteers and all put 110% into teaching the cadets and looking after them. They are also there to look after our building.

Some are skilled in radio operation, some have excellent knowledge on aircraft. We have weapon trainers, store managers, general handymen and an excellent group of adult staff to keep the cadets in order.

The officers should not have to keep the cadets in order if the NCOs (Non-commissioned officers) do their jobs. NCOs are cadets that are disciplined enough to keep other cadets in line and help them when they need it.
