Cadets Join RAF
Cdt Sgt Nathan Boon has learned he has passed his specialist selection board to join the Royal air force as in intelligence analyst (imagery) and will start his basic training in February pending his final interview at CIO Lincoln. This is the culmination of 18 months hard work on nathans part and the squadron should be very proud of him, and two other cadets, Corporal eamonn "Ali" Alzalam who has been accepted for training into the Royal marines, which again is a very difficult organisation to enter, and also Cdt Gavin Jenkins who will be joining the RAF as a painter and finisher. Incidentally Nathan will be joining in his trade, a former cadet Mark Sumner son of adjutant mr Martin Sumner, and Gavin will be joining the trade of another ex cadet, Nathans brother Daniel amd WO Boons son. What a small world the RAF is.
