Travelling from Hitchin take the A600 road towards Bedford, for approx: three miles and look for sign on left for Holwell/Pirton, 

turn left into Holwell village, Holwell Road, cross over three speed control bumps, approx: 150 yds, 

look for the entrance to the Recreation  Ground, opposite the first house on the right, (Signposted) turn left into the Recreation Ground. 

(If you reach the church you have gone too far).
