GATHERING 2003

The latest gathering took place at Lyneham Wiltshire on Saturday 9th of August 2003

The meeting was held in the parish hall in Lyneham Wiltshire among the guests were once again Rodney and Neil Pyke from Australia who have attended all four of the Gatherings. Robert Scull visiting from America gave an interesting talk on the early history of his Scull family who settled on the east coast of America and then ventured west.Read his research on the Sculls in the USA. The meeting was attended by around sixty people, travelling from all parts of the UK and despite being a very hot day all had an enjoyable time. They will hopefully have learnt more about their family history and have traded names and addresses and will spur people on to do more research into the Skull/Scull family history.
