Villa Rental Rates (weekly) 2007

Villa bookings run Saturday to Saturday

 

Airport Transfers (per Party, up to 4, if more please contact us)

 

Transfers to be booked one week in advance, payable upon arrival at accommodation.
Damage deposit: £250.00, payable to agents on arrival. Refunded by them, upon departure, after checking the villa.

Terms

We require a 25% deposit on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the booking date. Cheques should be made payable to J Bright. Contact owners by e-mail link at left.

Any holidays booked within 8 weeks of the booking date we will require the full payment on booking.

We require notification in writing or E-mail of any cancellation 8 weeks before the booking date, after this any monies paid will be non-refundable.

It is considered essential for the Customer and all persons using the Villa named in the booking form to hold suitable Holiday, Medical and Travel insurance. It is advisable for this insurance to be in place at the time the rental period.

In addition, no liability can be accepted by the Owner and/or the property management company for any injury, loss of personal effects, loss or damage to the Customer, any member of the Customers Party or any visitor to the rental home arising out of or in connection with the use of the rental home or the pool. The Customer must ensure that all children are supervised at all times, especially whilst in or around the pool.
