Location

Our villa is a new, 3-bedroom, spacious, modern-designed, semi-detached villa property set in a delightful complex, is a perfect holiday location on a quiet hillside with beautiful views of green mountains that cradle the village and bay of Akbük. The surrounding lush, protected pine forests and olive groves provide a beautiful backdrop for the stunning panoramic views overlooking Akbük Bay and the Aegean Sea, on the South West coast of Turkey.

Along the waters edge, against a beautiful mountainous backdrop you will find the town of Akbük, Here you can choose a spot along the water to sit back and take in the breathtaking scenery.

Akbük Bay is approx. 8km long. It offers a number of quiet beach areas and parks, 8 or so restaurants on the seafront, a small harbour, and a small centre with some shops. Akbük is a very peaceful area and is an excellent place where you can really get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It offers many areas where you can explore, either on foot, bicycle or by car. Akbük is a great base for any adventure enthusiasts amongst you. The region has many clean beaches and small bays to explore.

Accommodation

General

Our villa is on the newly developed ‘Eclipse-Dolunay’ complex, in a small group of 14 properties (i.e. 28 semi-detached villas), which has the added benefit of a large size communal pool and an adjoining children's pool, together with a sun terrace area, which overlooks the secluded Akbük Bay. Our villa will comfortably sleep 4 to 6 people in three separate rooms and 2 extra people can be accommodated using the sofa bed in the lounge. Our villa is just minutes away from miles of beaches, close to shops, restaurants and playgrounds. Just wait until you catch one of our sunsets, from any one of our balconies!

Sun, sea, turquoise coastlines, virgin bays, mountains and lakes provide you with the perfect environment and offer a complete change from the anxieties, stresses and routines of everyday life. From April to October, the Aegean coastline provides an ideal climate offering perfect conditions where you can relax on sandy beaches, visit remarkably preserved historical sites or enjoy the peace of untouched landscapes. You will also be able to experience first hand, the natural warmth, friendliness and traditional hospitality offered by the Turkish people in Akbük. Akbük has been explored by tour operators in recent years, yet still remains unspoilt offering something a bit quieter and more Turkish in comparison to the nightlife of the resorts like Altinkum, Kusadasi and Bodrum.

The Rooms

Ground floor

Large spacious open plan lounge/kitchen leading on to a large balcony with alfresco dining for 6, with views of Akbük Bay.
Kitchen fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, fitted gas hob with electric oven.
Lounge is fitted with TV, satellite, DVD player and seating for 6 including a 2-piece settee suite with the added benefit of the settee converting into a double bed and coffee table.
Separate Toilet and wash basin.
Hand water pump which connects to large 19 Litre bottle of fresh water which can be picked up or delivered to the villa by the local supermarket at a cost of just 3 Turkish lira (approx.£1.00).

1st Floor

Master bedroom complete with large double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe with door leading onto a circular patio overlooking Akbük Bay.
Large single room with 2 single bunk beds, large wardrobe and door leading to patio towards the front of the house (with some views of the Akbük Bay).
Large bathroom fitted with a corner bath/shower, sink, toilet, mirror and washing machine.

2nd Floor

Open room complete with settee bed (big enough for 2 people) and door leading onto large rooftop terrace with its fantastic unhindered views of Akbük Bay, see three pictures above.

Outside

Large communal swimming pool, children's pool and sun deck area with brilliant, over looking views of Akbük Bay, in the near distance.
There is a small garden area to the side of the house.
There is a large Garage area for parking your hire car.
