Aims and Purposes

·        The Tamworth Heritage Trust is an organisation, which aims to preserve and promote Tamworth’s rich heritage, To create a museum celebrating the people and history of Tamworth and to acquire by purchase, loan or acquisition, exhibits, documents and evidence to demonstrate the record and to raise finance to achieve these ends.

·        We also aim to promote existing groups with similar aims and purposes. 

·        Membership to the Heritage Trust will help us to finance the campaign and act a a pressure group to achieve these objectives.

·        Membership will give you regular news of the progress of the campaign and the satisfaction of knowing that you were part of the groundswell, which helped bring about the success when the museum comes into being.

·        Throughout the year you will be invited to attend various events, at a reduced rate to help with our fundraising efforts.
