HUGGY BEAR VERSUS GREAT POP THINGS: in the early 1990s some appalling "feminist" bands called Bikini Kill and Huggy Bear played Newport TJs. It was all part of a publicity stunt to try and be a "Sex Pistols for girls"or some such. It is a very silly mistake to try and provoke a TJs audience.
