At GrASP its all about providing help and support for our customers, we understand that bad service from some companies can make finding help difficult and causes people to never reach out for the support they need. We want people to enjoy computing and not have to worry, which is why our business exists.

As stated above "anyone can read what you type in the forum". 2) Do not use bad language, respect the forum and it will be a valuable tool for everyone. 3) Try to be as precise as possible.
