| Seeds can also be sown directly into well prepared soil. Make sure the seed bed is dug over and then with a rake, level the bed to leave a fine tilth. Sow the seed into straight rows ( seed drills ) to enable you to see the weeds from the seedlings and cover them with a little soil using the back of the rake, water them and tranplant the seedlings when big enough or thin out if already in the required position. |
