Bulbs

Lily bulbs :- When potting up lily bulbs in late winter, use at least a twelve inch ( 300 mm ) pot with 2 inches ( 50 mm ) or so of crocks in the bottom and covered with about twice that depth of a good quality potting compost. Potting up Lily bulbs.

Place about 5 bulbs in a pot this size evenly around the pot, then cover bulbs and fill pot to within 1 to 2 inches ( 25 to 50 mm ) of the pot rim to allow for efficient watering, then label and water them.
