Breast Feeding Awareness on Broomwood

During Breast Feeding Awareness Week in May 2004 Broomwood Health Visitors visited Broomwood School to promote breast-feeding to parents, school children and toddlers. 

Families visited the interactive display and completed a breast feeding quiz, with 3 winners receiving prizes of a breast pump, or a childcare safety pack of a blender.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 




Following evaluation of the quiz further breast feeding events in Broomwood are planned.

There is also a breast feeding support group at Timperley Health Centre every Tuesday between 10am and 12pm.
