TOFFEE

My name is Toffee (aka Grand Premier Porteous Thunderbird). I am a Red Classic Tabby British Shorthair and I'm Simba's brother. I'm the cheeky one of the gang.

I was born on 2nd November 1999. My dad is Champion Revlis Rebel Rouser and my mum is Porteous Kula Shaker.

I love to play fetch with my toy mouse and won't stop meowing until Mum throws it for me. I also love to sit and watch the computer screen and will happily try to catch the cursor as it moves around.

I love to be the centre of attention and enjoy my outings to shows as it usually means I get lots of cuddles in between catching up on my beauty sleep.

Cola is my best friend and I follow him everywhere including onto Mum's knee - which can be quite a squeeze for us both to fit on together. I supervise everything Mum does in the house and if it's not done to my satisfaction I soon make sure she knows by meowing louder and louder until she puts it right.

Being brushed and combed is sheer bliss and I will roll over onto my back in order for my tummy to be done - heaven!! I'm very obedient and come running when Mum calls me.

I am in my element in Summer as I can play in the garden and catch flies (my favourites) all day long, as well as sitting under the Buddleia bush in order to try to catch any butterflies that come along. I never use the garden when I need to go to the toilet but will; wait until the very last minute then I come dashing in at top speed, leaping into my litter tray and the look of sheer relief on my face has to be seen to be believed!! As I have to cross the lounge to get to the kitchen I usually slide across the room on my bottom, due to the fact that it is a wooden floor and I can't get a grip when I'm moving at top speed.

In Winter my favourite hobby is curling up and sleeping all day until 4:30pm. I then come downstairs for a quick game of fetch and a cuddle before dozing off on Mum's knee for the rest of the evening.

I am a very good alarm clock - well I would be if I didn't go off too early! I love waking Kerri up at least half an hour before she is due to get up, but once I'm awake I'll make sure everyone else is!!!
