Winter Nets

We will run 4 courses this winter – hopef= ully one to suit everyone

We will accept applications for nets on a first come, first served basis for existing members (followed by new members). I = will contact applicants in early January to confirm place.

We appreciate that these nets are very early in= the year for many of you and that many children are involved in other activitie= s. Please do not feel that you have to come to these nets ….. we will st= ill hold your membership places open for the summer even if you do not attend.<= o:p>

Fees

The fee for nets will be £30 per child.

The Annual Family Membership will be £50 = plus £10 per child (e.g. £60 for one child, £70 for two)<= /o:p>

(this covers Family Social membership of the cl= ub during the summer and coaching on Friday nights – there is no additio= nal charge for colts matches).

If you are interested in winter coaching, we al= so ask you to pay the Annual Family Membership fee now as well (we will refund thi= s if you cannot continue into the summer).

We will write again in March with Family Member= ship reminders for all those that did not go to winter nets. There will be a registration day and grand opening ceremony for the new Pavilion in April d= ate to be fixed.

Apologies for the increase in subs again, unfortunately cricket is an expensive sport to run (we built a new pavilion= at Westhumble this year – and want to keep on improving the facilities).= If you have difficulty paying, talk= to us – we hope to be an inclusive club.

Adult nets

Many of our colts are now getting to the age wh= en they could be pretty handy for our adult teams. Any colt who is in Year 7+ (or who is an exceptional Year 6) and who will be prepared to play in 3^rd XI g= ames for Dorking are invited to start attending adult nets. Just come along (I t= hink fees will be £3 per net, pay as you go). Also for Dads too !

These run on Sundays from 11am till 1pm at Down= send School, Leatherhead. The sessions start on 24^th Feb and continue until mid April (except Easter Sunday).
