| 1 | All registered entrants of DRAGONIGMA treasure hunt are deemed to have accepted the rules, terms and conditions of entry. |
| 2 | The prize must be claimed by emailing us and quoting the reference number stated in The Deed. The name of the winner and correct solution will be published on the dragonigma web site immediately after the prize has been found. |
| 3 | The Deed of Entitlement is buried 6 inches beneath ground level and has to be unearthed to claim the Golden Dragon. |
| 4 | Copyright: Intellectual property and all material, art, including pictures, relating to the DRAGONIGMA treasure hunt belong to the Dragonigma team. Reproduction of all or part thereof by any means for any purpose other than the one provided without express permission is an infringement and is prohibited. |
| 5 | Persons connected with the production and promotion of DRAGONIGMA and their agents, families or households are ineligible to enter this treasure hunt. |
| 6 | Interpretation of these rules shall be at the complete discretion of Dragonigma team who may disqualify any persons in breach of these conditions or whom they consider have used improper means to win. |
| 7 | Only claimants whose registration fee has been paid and can satisfy the Dragonigma team they have found the solution in the way the hunt was designed will win the prize. |
| 8 | Neither DRAGONIGMA nor the Dragonigma team accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage (other than due to proven negligence or wilful default) nor any damage or theft howsoever and to whomsoever caused. |
| 9 | Entrants are specifically directed to comply with the law and country code. |
| 10 | All suggested locations of the Deed of Entitlement received will become the property of Dragonigma team and will not be returned. |
| 11 | A reply will only be sent if the location has been identified and The Deed retrieved |
| 12 | The Dragonigma team is not responsible for letters or communications not received, delayed, damaged or not correctly delivered, or insufficiently stamped or wrongly addressed. |
| 13 | Entrants under 16 years of age should seek parental consent. |
| 14 | The treasure hunt and entry into it is governed by the laws of England and is void in all countries wherever it is prohibited by Law or Regulation |
| 15 | Even though no time limit has been set, extra clues will be given from time to time, if the jewel remains undiscovered. |
