The 2011 AGM was held on  17th October at 7.15 pm in the Southlands Centre

Constitution

After our change of status to a full area association of the BBKA and to comply with charity commission rules it has become necessary to update our constitution. The constitution below was accepted by the 2011 AGM however it was also felt that this needed further work and so a committee will report back to the association by the end of January on any amendments necessary. Comments from the membership are welcome.

Committee Meetings

The committee aims to meet at least every other month. If you have issues which you think should be considered by the committee please bring them to the attention of any of the committee members or through the comments form on the home page,
