Annual Toy service

We will receive good used toys, during the service, for Wood Street Mission in Manchester, to help them as they distribute gifts to children in the run up to Christmas.

If you have any good used toys that you want to donate they can be left at Church in the week leading up to this Sunday.

Community Carol Service

including participation in BBC Radio 3  "Sing Hallelujah"

A Carol service for the whole community.

We are pleased to be able to announce that, as part of the Carol Service, we will be participating in BBC's Radio 3 "Sing Hallelujah" event.

Sing Hallelujah is a nationwide project encouraging people across the UK to find their voices and discover the joy of singing. We want to get thousands of people singing Handel's famous Hallelujah Chorus as part of a nationwide celebration of one of the most popular choral pieces in the world.

We will be arranging a couple of rehearsals in the two weeks prior to this event for anyone who wants to sing but has never done sung it before - dates and times to follow.  The BBC have, on their website, some practice tracks for each individual part, so why not have a listen and come and join us.

Come along and join us for some of your favourite carols and listen to some of your favourite readings telling the Christmas Story.
