| Abandoned vehicles are a big problem in some parts of our ward. There is a technical definition of an abandoned car which I won't go into. In short., an abandoned is one which has been left for a period of time. A vehicle is classed as untaxed if it moves or is driven by someone and therefore is NOT abandoned. | |
