Teardrops

A teardrop is a result of an emotion
it's often not bottled
and is a result of devotion.

Sometimes teardrops come through
a thing that we read
often it's because we have a need.

I needed a Saviour; this is true
and when I didn't know Him
He Said 'I Know You'

The Saviour I never knew
who I thought was in the past.
Then had His eyes on me
and I then knew He would forever last.

Six years on, I still remember the day
that God forgave this sinner
and all He asked me to do; was pray.

Now teardrops were pouring,
and I was shaking in my boots.
But God taught me things about Love
and about establishing Christian roots.

If you need your miracle today,
simply, bring your heart to God and pray.

Not forgetting the simple bond of tears,
because it happens to those
who have missed each other, for years.

Those who sow in tears Shall reap in Joy.
