Wondering...
Phases of Life good and bad,
some make you happy , some make you sad.
Even from my time of birth,
I wondered, what is my real worth.
I sit by the window, and watch the clouds go by,
wondering; what I can achieve if I really try.
Life is a compass full of directions,
falling in love making corrections.
People laugh and people cry,
they are so sad, I wonder why.
Is it because they don't know their feelings,
has it resulted in mischievous dealings.
To forgive someone seems to take lots of time,
it's almost like serving for crime.
Just draw a line in the things that you do,
and allow God's light to shine right through.
I sing along to the words, of my favourite song,
not worrying much if I get the words wrong.
Open all your lives to God's corrective care,
receive His passion, and the ability to share.
The craftsman stretches out his rule, he
marks one out with chalk; He fashions it
with a plane, He marks it out with a
compass, and makes it like a fine figure
of a man, According to the beauty of a
man, that it may be in the house.
( Isaiah 44:13 NKJV )
