By far the quickest way to watch your holiday money disappear. The Orlando area offers several excellent shopping locations, including Disney itself - Downtown Disney is bursting with shops of all styles selling everything from sweets to homewares.
The Florida Mall is possibly the best-known shopping mall to visit, just 15-20 mins from the villa. Also in the area are the Mall at Millennia, International Drive's never-ending line of gift shops, numerous flea markets and several factory outlet malls. Although it is a supermarket, the various Walmart stores in the area are a shopping trip in themselves - one of them even has a Macdonalds at the back of the store...
One thing you do need to bear in mind while shopping in Florida - sales tax is hardly ever included on the price tag - expect to pay 6% on top of the ticket price.
