This must be Central Florida's most controversial theme park but as a Christian family we make no apology for including it in our web site.

The Holy Land Experience's main aim is the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is achieved by drama, exhibits and lectures given by Bible Scholars.

The depiction of Christ's Crucifixion and Resurrection (central of course to the Gospel message) was extremely moving.

In summary, this is not a conventional Theme Park but for us it is a "Must See" attraction.

The Holy Land Experience is located alongside Interstate 4, Exit 31A, at the corner of Conroy and Vineland Roads, immediately off the I-4 exit ramp.

Getting there without a car was relatively easy. As we were staying on International Drive we took the I-Ride trolley bus to the Radison Twin Towers Hotel and from there hired a taxi for the remaining distance to the theme park. This kept the cost of the taxi fare to a minimum (we are Scottish after all!) At the end of the afternoon Guest Services called a taxi for us which we took to Universal Studios and after enjoying the evening in City Walk we boarded our free shuttle bus back to our hotel.
