We ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit, per week booked, at the time of booking.

Regretfully, based on recent experience, we also have to ask for a further £50 deposit, payable with the balance, against damage and possible cleaning costs.

Payment of the balance in full, including damage deposit, in exchange for the keys a minimum 2 weeks before commencement of rental.

£100 deposit repaid upon return of keys, verification of inventory and that apartment is clean.
