Here are the large images of how I clamp down the Dremel in it's router
attachment. The wooden block in the front has a bevel on the rear edge so it is
angled down and away from the router bit, which nearly touches the wood at the
back.
Then just feed the Mylar edge (good side down!!) past the spinning cutter and
you have a chamfered Mylar which will conform much better to sharp LE and Tip
radii.

This front view shows the very shallow angle between cutter and wood. Not
much angle and a bit of playing/testing required to get the result you want.

The shop Vac' does not get it all but it sure helps keep the mess down!
