This section currently has two main areas. The first is a rehash of the excellent write up and pictures that Phil Barnes posted in the SALGlider group files archive, just brought together on a web page. The second area is my attempts to follow this method to produce my first bagged wing.

bulletFirst phase is core cutting

bulletNext  prepare cloth skins, doublers, etc and the Mylars.
bulletFollowing that you Lay-up the wing and vacuum bag it
bulletOnce it's cured you trim and  finish the TE and LE
bulletand finally hinge the surfaces
