Here are the Larger shots of the preparation phase. First the templates were cut from Greaseproof (baking) Paper. Then these were stuck to the Kevlar at a 45 Degree angle. I used a square to
get it better than the normal MKI eyeball. All the pieces laid out and the whole area separated with the first cut. Normal rules apply here. Separate the piece into manageable sized bits and take your time to cut accurately, focussing on the LE of the pieces. The LE's are all more critical in this method as they are the butt joint to the carbon on the main pieces and must parallel the hinge line on the aileron doublers. The wing core has been sanded and is pictured here sitting it it's bed. This
