And here are the few steps I recorded once the Epoxy was mixed.

First the LE strip was wetted out and here you can see the tip doublers being wet through prior to placement onto the core.

Here's the core with the doublers attached.

Here I'm putting Epoxy onto the bare Mylars.

Here are we are with all the cloth pieces down and wetted out

The Carbon LE and Kevlar skins have both been trimmed short at the tips.

And here it is in the bag.... phew!!
