Here are the RDS Pocket detail photo's.

First a couple of shots of the Carbon and Teflon Bagged onto a Balsa Sheet.

The sheet is cut into stripes and the Teflon is protected with tape, prior to a light sanding.

Here's the ready to join parts with the hardwood spacers.

Here the spacers are being added to the first side.

Here are the sides added, ready to make the fixed width pocket.

Here is the wire spacers (same as the wiper wire). They need a bit of anti-stick surface preparation.

Here are the spacers in place ready to join.

Join with a little weight :-)

The material is then split into four pockets and a rear edge cyano'd into place.
