This image shows the PTFE (a.k.a. Teflon) tubing that I've sourced. It is pre-treated (etched) so that it will stick with Medium CA. The techniques page discusses it's use in more detail.

Here is some 4.5 Meters plus as a weight example. As you can see it will work out at less than 1g per Meter.
