The PEG laminate is 10 Layers of Unidirectional Carbon with Carbon cloth front and back, vacuumed with a peel ply sheet one side to allow excess resin to escape. These are a hassle saver really. As it is nearly as easy to make 10 as,1 but a pain to do if you only need 1 or 2.

The V-Mounts are "New for 2005". Light, Stiff, Strong and Simple..... sounds just right for a DLG to me.

 Outer layers 93gsm sheared, ~10 Layers Uni carbon and a Kevlar central layer. Laid up in curved mold to reduce sanding and leave a unbroken surface against throwing fingers. Peel ply used to eliminate excess resin. Longer size to allow 3x50mm pegs or 2x75mm at users discretion.  £ 2.50 each
