Bonkers About Batteries

Round Two

With the first wave of unusual batteries safely gathered in, The Gobmeister put out an a.p.b. (as they say in U.S. cop shows) for more. It transpired that the first wave had merely been a "starter" for what was to follow. Responding first to The Gobmeister's plea was Aarron with these:

The first one, bizarrely, is HM Government Issue! Being ex-army, "The Wastemeister" is probably the only one of us who was ever likely to come up with one of these! Well done Aarron! Now, The Gobmeister was tempted to disallow the second one, 'cos he sees "Greencell" batteries regularly - they've got boxes of them at "Bedrock AM" for use in the little radios we lend out to patients. However, it seems that most people have not heard of them so they've been allowed in.

Right!... Next?...

Ah yes! These are two variations from the good people of "Hi Watt". The first from some appliance encountered at work by Robert (a.k.a. "The Spinmeister"), and the second one was (we think) one of Stewart (Mr.5)'s discoveries.

Moving on.....,

Wow! "Changhong"! Nice one Mr.5! Yep, this was another one of Stewart's "finds".
Come on! Nobody has heard of them, surely?

Right, let's speed things up a bit, shall we? No more of The Gobmeister's waffle for the time being. Let's just allow the pictures to speak for themselves. Ready? Here we go!

Note: if you look carefully you will see that this comes from
those good people at the "KINGSUN" group!

Right, upping the anti now. This brand was spotted
in a DVD remote control at Brian & Kathy's house
(although we've cheated slightly and pinched a picture off t'internet)

Big "Up" to Stewart for this one....

"Usance"!!! TREMENDOUS!! Did you EVER?!

...and finally (for this time), as found by The Gobmeister in a slightly mangled state
in the gutter of a Corringham service road:

"VINNIC"! Yes! Come On! 'Owz about that! Can YOU do any better? Yes?

Well bring 'em on! Email them to The Gobmeister at the usual address
