What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is renowned for being able to trace the root cause of health problems not detectable by other means. This enables us to treat the cause and not just the symptoms. Kinesiology tests muscle response using gentle pressure and by using these gentle, non-invasive techniques your therapist will be able to uncover the underlying source of your health problems. This enables us to design a tailor made treatment plan that will be as unique as you are. This may consist of acupressure (no needles), nutritional supplements, flower essences and dietary changes to name a few.

Your Visit

Your first visit to us will last approximately one and a half hours. A full case history will be taken and you will be given the opportunity to discuss any issues that are worrying you. Loose comfortable clothing (preferably trousers) should be worn. The removal of clothing is not necessary. You will be asked to lie on a treatment couch. Comfort and dignity is maintained at all times.

Personal Statement

Balancing Health was formed after personally suffering from health problems to which I received questionable medical support and expensive, inaccurate advice.  I use the knowledge gained through both my good and bad experiences to help and guide others with major or minor health problems.  My primary aim is to substantially improve the quality of life of all patients I see.
