				LOCAL COORDINATORS are responsible for:
				1)  informing local EM consultants that teaching is taking place (ideally 6 weeks in advance)
				2)  liasing more closely than previously with local consultants to encourage consultant input and presence
				3)  delegating topics for their session to other SpR's (ideally SpR's at that venue but could be elsewhere)
				4)  delegating topics to outside speakers (eg liasing with burns to do burns talk/ practical escharotomy demo etc)
				5)  organising venue
				6)  organising equipment for practical sessions
				7)  trying to keep the sessions exam based and hopefully steering the practical sessions to become more OSCE based.
