1 ) Woolworths - Improved customer service, reduced cost of sales

3) Ashtead Plant Hire – salary banding and rationalisation

• Trading as A-Plant, they have over 220 depots
• Getmore Service reviewed salary profiles across all of these, and recommended a new salary banding structure for all job types linked to key depot specific variables.
• Implementation pack produced, including booklet for managers.
