On June 19th 2002, I left Glasgow with Michelle for a 3 month tour of Canada. Our first destination: Toronto, over 5000 miles from home. We spent 2 months working and living there. We found ourselves a room in a nice apartment and went on the hunt for jobs. 3 jobs and $2000 later we set off travelling. Initially around the Eastern side, including Niagara Falls and a trip down to New York. Then we travelled out West, stopping to explore every so often along the 4884 mile stretch of the Trans-Canada Highway. |

We passed through 4 time zones overland, spending 109.6 hours on Greyhound buses, we explored 6 Canadian provinces and 2 American states. We had 7 rolls of film and a digital camera, so I've tried to select some of my favourite photos and moments to share with you here. Just follow the maple leafs. |
