HELP IN VIEWING
Some readers of this website have reported having difficulties in reading the most recent version. This is because the browsers used have a facility to hold copies of a webpage in case the user wishes to call it up again and it saves time by not fetching the latest page from the internet supplier (NTL in this case). This is not much help for websites that change at irregular intervals, like this one. The remedy for this varies between browsers and even editions of one browser. It is difficult to be specific about a remedy, but one method is always to press the 'Refresh' button, which should force the browser to get the latest page from the internet.
If this does not work, an alternative is to look at the facility to hold 'History' in the browser. The settings may be altered to always erase all history files on exit or only to hold 'History' for a smaller number of days. Alternatively, 'History' may be erased by clicking on specific erase instructions.
The actual instructions will vary between browsers, so cannot be listed here and will have to be looked up. For instance:
Internet Explorer has a refresh button or F5 may be pressed.
Mozilla Firefox has a refresh button, but calls 'History' files 'Private Data' and the cache part of it has to be cleared.
Since the user has no way of knowing if there is a more up to date page at the internet supplier, the above clearing has to be done every time the website is accessed.
