The outcome of the F.A. enquiry into alleged irregular sale of Worthington Cup Final Tickets in 1999 by current and former Leicesetr City players and staff is as follows.
Seven have been found guilty and punished as follows:-
Andy Impey - fined £20,000 and banned from receiving tickets for home internationls, cup finals and semi finals for five years. He has also been fined 2 weeks wages by his club.
Tony Cottee - fined £12,500 and banned from receiving tickets for 3 years.
Arnar Gunnlaugsson at present with Stoke - fined £15,000 and banned from receiving tickets for five years.
Scott Taylor now with Wolves- fined £7,500 and banned from receiving tickets for two years.
Graham Fenton -at present with Walsall fined £5,000 and banned from receiving tickets for two years.
David Nish (Academy Director) - fined £10,000 and banned from receiving tickets for three years.
Jim Melrose (Chief Scout) - fined £5,000 and banned from receiving tickets for five years.
All seven have been fined £2,500 costs.
The question must be asked of the Chief Constable : What happened to the man who slapped the lady in the crowd???

Radio reports say that the man involved in the attack has contacted the Police. It is reported that he has been charged with Affray and Assault with intent to cause Actual Bodily Harm.
