As a result of our early season run of success, Peter Taylor has been nominated Carling Manager of the Month and Tim Flowers Player of the Month. Our present position at the top of the Premier League is the result of a terrific effort by our players and there is no doubt that Tim Flowers is the outstanding 'on form' keeper. For a manager to receive the 'Manager of the Month' award is sometimes regarded as an ill omen but the Foxes have a habit of 'bucking the system' and we look forward to our encounter with Manchester United on Saturday with enthusiasm.
