Despite representations by John Elsom, UEFA are still insisting that our Cup game with Crvena Zvezda must be played in Belgrade on September 28th. The British Foreign Office are strongly advising against all unnecessary travel to the capital, bearing in mind the political unstability which may prevail four days after the elections which are to be held  on 24th. September. John Elsom and David Davies of the F.A. will again put their case to UEFA tomorrow (6th September) and it is expected that the final decision will be made known by the UEFA governing body before the end of the week.
