MISS 2007 Bitches Judge Lyn Muir Championship Show: It was a great honour to judge the Midlands 25th Anniversary Year Show, a most enjoyable day. Although we had appaulling weather on the Friday afternoon and early evening, a lovely entry of bitches turned up and I thank you for your efforts in getting there. MP (13,12) 1 Mortimer & Condrons’ Covarney Coco Naf Taf. A beautiful 6month old puppy, pretty head good neck and straight front, very well balanced for one so young, excellent croup, lovely quality dark coat, steady mover, charming personality, BPB. 2 Armstrong’s Atron Romance. A taller, rangier puppy, very pretty head, good angulation all through, nice depth, excellent coat, moved well. 3 Halls’ Glennara Marcasite. PB (15,11) 1 Barker-Bells’ Balintyne Foolish But Fun. Very elegant bitch, pretty head, excellent neck into shoulder, well-angulated, good croup, moved soundly. 2 Bott’s Bardon Hill Blonde Moment. Beautiful head, lovely expression, shorter coupled but well proportioned, not quite the quarters of the winner, good depth of chest, good coat colour, moved well. 3 Halls’ Glennara Marcasite. VB (10,8) 1 Powis’s Sh Ch Amberwave Dazzle JW. Absolutely beautiful, so elegant, lovely well-balanced head, excellent neck, well laid shoulder, flowing top line, good depth of chest, well sprung rib, in lovely coat, moved so well, RCC & RBIS. 2 Pickersgill’s Sh Ch Maolruadhan Starstruck. In lovely coat and condition, prettiest of heads, strong neck into good shoulder, well balanced all through, moved very well. 3 Hunter and Browns Sh Ch Laggan Shoshoni Maiden. JB (9,6) A small class of bitches, that were all at very different stages. 1 O’Connors Caispern Miss Eyre. Although a slightly larger bitch, she is well proportioned and balanced, good head, very well angulated, firm top line, good croup, moved very well. 2 Mugfords’ Lynwood Follow Your Dreams. A really pretty headed bitch, with a lovely expression, good neck, would like a little more angulation in front, but this may come with age. Good top line and croup, moved well. 3 Chorley-Newton & Chorley’s Outfoxed By Cerryfair JW. YB (27,22) 1 Wilkens Margretwoods Kitty Cat JW. A very well-known bitch and I can see why, beautiful head, lovely expression, strong well-arched neck, very well-balanced, good fore chest, well angulated, ,striking in profile, moved very well. 2 Burton’s Atron Tiffanie At Redhara. Well- balanced head, firm neck into well laid shoulders, good front, deep chest, well made all through, good muscled hindquarters, moved with drive. 3 Botts Bardonhill Cutie. Maiden B (14,11) 1 Lynwood Follow Your Dreams. 2 Bardon Hill Blonde Moment. 3 Cregans’ Riqitta Shillelagh Gold At Wishingtree. NB (16,8) 1 Lynwood Follow Your Drems. 2 Bardon Hill Blonde Moment. 3 Riqitta Shillelagh Gold At Wishingtree. UGB (11, 6) 1 Pickerill’s Amberwave Tamsin. Lovely head, pretty expression, well proportioned body, very good front, well angulated all through, moved very well. 2 Roberts’ Lynwood Theme Song For Polmennor. An elegant bitch, in lovely coat, well-balanced head, would prefer a slightly darker eye, well-angulated, good mover. 3 Quinn’s Wickenberry Joanna. GB (17,12) 1 Hall’s Glennara Klipspringer JW. Such a pretty head with a lovely expression, very feminine, good neck, well-laid shoulder, firm top line, excellent rear quarters, good depth of chest, in lovely condition, moved very soundly. 2 Naylor’s Anlory Cereza JW. Again another lovely bitch, very good head, strong well-proportioned body, firm front, well-ribbed body, moves very well just lacked coat today. 3 Powis’s Amberwave Truffle JW. PGB (22,15) Another very difficult class although numerically strong, just lacked a depth of quality. 1 Hillocks Jonola Liberty X JW. Beautiful headed bitch, raised brow, good finish to fore face, well arched neck into good shoulder, strong front, well ribbed, good depth of chest, moved well would prefer a better finish over croup. 2 Wall’s Hazelbeck Golden Girl. A lovely balanced bitch, without any exaggeration, balanced head, strong neck, very well made in body, well angulated, moved soundly. 3 Williamson’s Bluesprings Skylark JW. Mid LB (11,9) 1 Naylor’s Anlory Valpolicella JW. A lovely headed bitch with a true expression, good fore face, flowing topline, excellent croup, well ribbed, good sternum, excellent movement. Again just lacking coat. 2 Pickersgill’s Barleydale Lulu With Maolruadhan. Very elegant in profile, pretty head with a good expression, well angulated all through, firm top line, in lovely coat and condition, moved well. 3 Bridgewater’s Bardenhill Loveheart JW. LB (11,9) This was a very difficult class to judge as the first three were of such quality. 1 Waterton’s Lynwood Strands Of Silk At Sandstream JW. This bitch is so feminine, lovely head, well-raised brow, excellent balance and proportions; well angulated, moved very soundly. 2 King’s Kirkavagh Jumilla JW. A bitch I have always admired, beautiful head, so well balanced, lovely low set ears, very feminine, excellent neck, well angulated, a very difficult decision with the winner but today she just lacked a finish in furnishings, moved very well. 3 Mclarnon’s Northamber Baccarat Via Kerryfair JW. OB (10,9) 1 Hunter and Browns Sh Ch Braidmount Geisha Girl. Today, this bitch stood apart from the rest, she just looked stunning, in superb coat and condition, I loved her head and expression, strong, firm well-arched neck, excellent fore chest, well sprung rib, good depth, strong loin, well angulated hindquarters, firm top line, very good croup, the best I have seen her move CC and a very well deserved BIS. 2 Mugford’s Sh Ch Lynwood Sealed With A Kiss JW. Another bitch who is a great favourite of mine, she possesses a beautiful head, lovely raised brows, excellent body properties, good dark coat of excellent texture, moves very well, lovely temperament. 3 Milligan-Bott & Bott’s Sh Ch Lunaline Lady Madonna By Thendara. |
