Over the years we have found some nice places to stay on our travels to shows. If you have a recommendation please email us the details and we will add it to our list.

Devon

Lovely traditional working dairy farm with cows, sheep, ducks and horses (some rather splendid event horses too) Very comfortable accomodation all with en-suite and tea/coffee making facilities. Fabulous breakfast and there is a guest sitting room with TV and log fire which you can use in the evening. Well behaved dogs welcome - I took a cage for my B to use in the large bedroom. I was offered a field on the farm to excercise her on - but watch out for cow-pats !! Rather difficult to find as it is down some VERY winding country lanes & if you go out to eat in the evening, as I did, it can be a bit tricky to find your way back in the dark. Took aboit 30 mins to Creely Park for Paignton Ch Sh.Well worth a visit & VERY good value.

We were located in a self contained unit above a garage - consisting of a large twin bedded room  with a dining area Tea/coffee making facilities
Bathroom with shower cubicle Breakfast was delivered to the unit and was excellent.
The B & B is located next to a canal which is a pleasant walk & on the other side of the canal is pub serving a wide menu of evening meals
Only FIVE minutes to Stafford showground
Downside is NO DOGS in rooms but ours slept in the car which we were able to park next to the unit
