---------------------
I would like to state at the outset that I am not in any way connected with Middlesbrough Football Club or with any other commercial organization.
This site it totally unofficial, and any thoughts/views are entirely my own.
---------------------
I am a senior citizen, well into in my seventies, and I do not profess to know very much about the game of football.
For a number of reasons, I have not seen a live game of football for many, many years, but I do enjoy television coverage of many games throughout the season.
Over recent months I have been attempting to write poems on a variety of subjects - mainly football matches involving 'The Boro' - whose matches I always try to listen to on Century Radio with Alistair Brownlee and Bernie Slaven.
I would like to acknowledge and thank the various people whose sites I have visited in order to 'borrow' miscellaneous images which have assisted me in creating this little bit of fun.
Should any of you object, please contact me and I shall immediately remove the 'offending' content.
Alternatively, if you would like me to insert a Link to your site, that could be done at once.
---------------------
I learned my computer skills by attending courses at the Cleveland
Trade Unionists & Unemployed Workers'Resource Centre, which can be found at 119-121, Marton Road,
Middlesbrough.
Depite the title, this centre is not exclusively for the unemployed, nor do
you have to be a member of a Trade Union, as you can see by visiting their site.
Studying
at the C.T.U.U.W.R.C., where the computer facilities are excellent, is carried out in a very
relaxed atmosphere and at your own pace. There is no pressure and age is no barrier.
