There are two versions of this website. One is a
text only version suitable for old browsers and
search engines and the other is a frames version with
a Javascript menu system. Because I am using a
Javascript navigation system, search engine spiders
will find the frames version difficult to navigate.
This is my main reason for persevering with a text
only site.
The menus system is held in a frame of its own so
that I only have to make one change in the framed
version. The navigation of the text version has been
simplified to avoid the repetition of the frames
version. This should mean that search engine spiders
will find the information they are looking for easily.
Many little bells and whistles could have been
added to the frames version, but with a few
exceptions I have avoided using them. Those that I
have included have specific functions. To ease any
later changes to the general colour scheme I have
made use of a Cascading Style Sheet.
