  • Jedson Old Timey 5-string banjo c1930's with bird's eye maple pot and maple neck. Extremely well built example with excellent action on a good wide neck. Tasteful mother of pearl inlays and has all original fittings. Fitted with a calf head, c/w matching resonator with an in-built flange allowing the transition to "old timey" mode with one thumbscrew. This banjo features the original idea of fifth string emerging from a tube at the fifth fret which has recently re-emerged on the top-flight "Stealth" American bluegrass banjos. We had it first! £475.

  • "Pot" (drum) for "May Bell" 1930's American  banjo by Slingerland. Complete with resonator: However the tone ring has been "modified" by some Neanderthal! It now does not extend into the chamber cavity as original. 'Still sounds good. £150.

  • Remanufactured "Clifford Essex Paragon" 5 String banjo neck.  It is believed that this is a remanufactured neck with an original Clifford Essex Paragon fingerboard. Superb!   The condition and playability of this neck leaves nothing to be desired. The classic players' neck complete with excellent tuners. Superb!  £200.
