The following scenes are of the damaged left after the Blitz Raid on Norwich on the nights of the 27/28 & 29/30 of April 1942.
These two nights were the worst nights of the war for Norwich, on the monday night 185 bombs were dropped killing 162 people and injurying 600, and on the wedsday night 112 bombs were dropped killing 69 people and injurying 89.
