Robin Lane

The 1960's photograph of Robin Lane was taken outside the Manor Fish and Chip Takeaway and shows a shiny bus parked outside. The Manor House stands to the right of the takeaway. Note the absence of a number on the front of the bus. As the modern photograph shows the Fish and Chip Takeaway still exists and has extended into the adjacent house on the left which houses the restaurant. The other houses in the row have been demolished and the area now provides 'overflow' parking to the Town Centre.
