SUMMARY OF MENU OPTIONS


** Personnel Records **
This Screen is designed to setup and enable the viewing of
Operative Detail.

** Attendance Codes **
This screen sets up and removes Absence codes and descriptions
used for {Attendance Records}
A - Absence
B - Unpaid Holiday
C - Company Fixed Holiday
D - Doctor/Dentist Emergency
E - Excused Absence
F - Family Death
H - Holiday
I - Injury at Work
J - Jury Duty
K - Unpaid Sick
M - Maternity/Anti-natal
O - Out Days
R - Relatives Sickness
S - Personal Sickness
U - Unexcused Absence
X - Sick as Holiday
Z - Work Related Accident

** Attendance Record **
This Screen is designed to enable the input of Holiday and sickness
detail.
Employees may be found by name {Employee Name Search} employees displayed
set by {Attendance/Department Codes to View} or via {Add/Find}.
{This Year} may be set for each user PC so that it is used as the default
for finding records. {Std Comments} may be used to input comment details.
These may set by each user PC via {Attendance/Standard Comments}.
{Date} format is day/month ie 1/12 for December the first 12/12
for December the twelth.

** Attendance Detail Record **
This Screen is designed to enable the viewing of individual
Holiday and sickness detail.

Display Codes:

A - Absence
B - Unpaid Holiday
C - Company Fixed Holiday
D - Doctor/Dentist Emergency
E - Excused Absence
F - Family Death
H - Holiday
I - Injury at Work
J - Jury Duty
K - Unpaid Sick
M - Maternity/Anti-natal
O - Out Days
R - Relatives Sickness
S - Personal Sickness
U - Unexcused Absence
X - Sick as Holiday
Z - Work Related Accident

** Departments **
This Screen is designed to set up department codes.

** Personnel Manager Help **
This screen may be changed for each PC application via
{Personnel Manager/Utilities/Help Edit}

** Repair Databases **
Repairs databases if structure becomes faulty.
It may be necessary to unshare then reshare a networked database version.

** Standard Comments **
This Screen is designed to enable the entry of {Std Comments} used
in the {Attenance Record} {Comments} field.

** Set Database Path **
Enables the remapping of Database paths to Network server Mapped Drives.

** Year Setup **
Enables Years Holidays Setup
