Gaynor Thomas - Newsletter/Website
[Picture of Gaynor Thomas]

Gaynor first joined the Branch in 1997 when her family was put in touch with the Branch following the diagnosis of her grandmother with Alzheimer's. She spent the summer of 1997, a university holiday, clearing a large backlog of computer work.

She then took a two-year break from the Branch while working as an English teacher in Hiroshima, Japan. She returned to Britain and to the Branch in June 2000.

When she came home, she studied for a Masters' Degree in eCommerce and is now a lecturer at Swansea Institute of Higher Education. She has recently taken up scuba diving.

Gaynor edits and compiles the Branch's quarterly newsletter, "Lodge Lines" and maintains this website.

The above photo was taken in New Zealand at approx.10,000 feet above Lake Taupo.
