We, the undersigned, demand action against those responsible for the increasing number of motorcycle thefts from properties. Not only does this increase insurance premiums for the victims. It also puts huge financial strains on those who have there properties damaged. The perpetrators of these crimes consider themselves "untouchable" by the authorities and we feel it is high time the loopholes in our legal system were reviewed so the perpetrators can receive the punishment they deserve.
